Local Producers Gala Dinner
A night of local food, industry connection, and regional innovation
Join us for an elevated evening celebrating the people, products, and innovation that power Southern Alberta’s agri-food ecosystem.
Hosted by Lethbridge Polytechnic School of Culinary Arts and Canada’s Premier Food Corridor (CPFC), the Local Producers Gala brings together producers, processors, researchers, industry partners, and supporters for a night of connection, collaboration, and great food.
The evening begins with a networking reception and tradeshow, featuring local producers, agri-food businesses, research organizations, and business support partners. Guests will then enjoy a curated dinner prepared by Lethbridge Polytechnic chefs and students, showcasing ingredients sourced from our region.
The program will also spotlight a signature Southern Alberta crop, honouring the 100-year legacy of the Alberta Sugar Beet Growers Association, and feature the premiere of new CPFC investment and local business videos.
This is a celebration of local food, local talent, and the strength of Southern Alberta’s agri-food community.

We acknowledge that what we call Alberta is the traditional and ancestral territory of many peoples, presently subject to Treaties 6, 7, and 8. We acknowledge the many First Nations, Métis and Inuit who have lived in and cared for these lands for generations. We make this acknowledgement as an act of reconciliation and gratitude to those whose territory we reside on or are visiting.
