Clean all of the vegetables and fine chop the sage.
Cut the carrots, onions, celery, turnips and parsnips.
The rutabaga needs to be diced and cooked in the oven with canola oil and a bit of salt.
The sweet potatoes are now done in the same manner, but not together as they cook in different times.
Once everything is shaved and the rutabaga and sweet potatoes are cooked then its time to make the dressing.
Mix apple cider vinegar, hemp oil, salt and pepper and blueberries together to make a small dressing emulsion.
Mix the dressing with all of the vegetables and plate on a large family bowl.
Finish with bee pollen, and season one more time.
Enjoy!
